Pure vegetarian gourmet hampers for the eleven days Bappa is home — for the houses you visit, the guests you host, and the office mandal. Handcrafted in Mumbai, delivered across India.
Four situations the festival throws at you, and what to send for each
The gift you carry to a home that has installed Bappa. Dry fruit boxes and mithai-friendly hampers travel well, keep for the full eleven days, and get shared with everyone who walks in.
Many households keep a satvik kitchen for the whole of Ganeshotsav. Our dry fruit and nut hampers are entirely vegetarian and egg-free — tell us at checkout and we will keep egg-containing confectionery out of the box.
Hosting darshan means thirty or fifty small gifts, not one. Sealed, vegetarian, uniform, and bought in a single quantity up front — visitors notice if the gift changes on day three.
Vegetarian gourmet boxes that hold up over a long festival week
Ganesh Chaturthi is the one festival where the gifting runs in the opposite direction to most others. You are not sending a parcel to a relative in another city — you are walking into a neighbour's flat for darshan, and you need something in your hands. Over eleven days a Mumbai family might make a dozen such visits, which is why the practical question is not “what is the most impressive gift” but “what can I keep a few of at home, ready to pick up on the way out.”
That answers itself once you think about the receiving end. The host is running an open house: aarti twice a day, prasad for everyone who comes, and a kitchen already under strain. A dry fruit box or a nut tray gets opened and put straight out for guests. It keeps for the whole festival without refrigeration, it suits a satvik kitchen, and it does not need a vase, a shelf or a thank-you note. Anything perishable, anything that needs cooking, and anything non-vegetarian is the wrong call in a house where the murti is installed.
On eggless and satvik. Plenty of households keep a stricter kitchen for the duration — no onion or garlic, and often no egg. Dry fruits, nuts, and traditional mithai are safe by default. Chocolate and bakery items are where it gets uncertain, because many contain egg. If you are gifting into a household you know observes this, say so at checkout and we will build the box around it rather than leaving you to read ingredient lists.
Corporate and society gifting. Ganeshotsav is a serious corporate season in Maharashtra in a way it is not elsewhere in India. Offices install their own Ganpati, housing societies run a shared mandal, and both distribute to members. These are volume orders with a hard date, so they need roughly two weeks of notice — see festive corporate gifting for bulk pricing and branding options.
Ganesh Chaturthi delivery. This year's Ganesh Chaturthi has passed. The next one falls on Saturday, 4 September 2027. Same-day delivery across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai runs on working days for orders placed before 12 noon IST, and our hampers ship nationwide for every occasion in between.
Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 falls on Monday, 14 September. Ganeshotsav then runs for eleven more days until Anant Chaturdashi on Friday, 25 September, which is the main visarjan day. Households immerse on different days — the 1.5-day, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 11th-day visarjans are all common — so gifting carries on right through the fortnight.
Something edible, shareable and shelf-stable. The host is feeding a stream of visitors for days, so a dry fruit box, a nut tray or a gourmet hamper is genuinely useful in a way that a decorative object is not. Avoid anything needing refrigeration, and avoid leather or anything non-vegetarian.
Our dry fruit, nut and savoury hampers are pure vegetarian and contain no egg. Some chocolate and bakery items do contain egg, so if you need a fully eggless box for a satvik household, leave a note at checkout or call us and we will substitute those items.

Something small, sealed and vegetarian that goes out alongside the prasad — individually wrapped mithai, small dry fruit packs, or compact boxes bought in bulk and given one per family rather than one per person. Buy the full quantity in one go rather than topping up mid-festival, since visitors notice if the gift changes partway through.

Yes. We handle office mandals, society distributions and client gifting with volume pricing from 50 hampers, custom branding, and delivery to multiple addresses across India. Bulk orders need roughly two weeks' notice, so for Ganeshotsav the corporate window opens in August.
Yes. We accept international cards and deliver to 15+ major Indian cities. For NRI orders we recommend placing the order 10 days before the date you want it to land, since customs-free domestic fulfilment still needs lead time to reach the recipient's city.
A single well-chosen dry fruit box or a compact assorted hamper works better than a larger but thinner assortment. Our budget tier starts at ₹499 and the most popular darshan-visit gift sits between ₹999 and ₹1,499, which buys a box substantial enough to put out for guests.
