Yes, you can choose to send gifts anonymously. During checkout, you can customise the message card and choose whether to include the sender's name. The invoice is never included with the gift package.
Currently, we focus on pan-India delivery with coverage across all major cities and most tier-2 cities. For international orders, please contact our team at customercare@gourmetcompany.in and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our delivery partner will contact the recipient by phone before attempting delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, we reattempt delivery the next business day at no extra charge. You can also specify an alternative delivery address or preferred time slot during checkout.
